Can't get surround effect

Hi i am using dapic dp532w 5.1 set which is connected to my pc through AUX, all the speakers are working good but i am getting surround effect at all, i am just getting sound from all the speakers. Can any one help me with this???

The aux output of your PC can only send a stereo 2.0 signal to the dapic. Try different surround modes on the dapic such as Dolby or movie.
