Cant log in just flashes blue Hp15 HELP!

Cant log in just flashes blue and back to log in screen. Hp15 PLEASE HELP ASAP!! So I go to log in my live account is logged in. I enter password and it just flashes blue and back to log in screen. I have tried to restore it and refresh it but it's greyed out on the recovery manager screen. It says "unable to reset your pc. A required drive partition is mising" somebody please help me!

Try it from safe mode.
You using Windows 8 or 10?
Something happened to your recovery partition it sounds like. Maybe deleted or it can't read it.
