Cant log in origin

i tried logging in on origin,but it shows "your credentials have exppired or incorect".i cant change my password because i cant remeber the password for my email account.What do i do now?

Reset the password for your email then Origin. If you can't do that then create a new email account then create a new Origin account and rebuy the games and this time either remember your passwords or use a password manager.
