Can't login with our a code generator

I'm trying to log in to Facebook but when I'm done putting in my password it pops a little window asking for my code generator but I cant log in and I don't know how to find it and I got the same cellphone. # but don't got the gmail ...and it send message to my email witch I don't have assess no more.. Please help me to recover my faceboomaccount.
