Can't open switchable graphics

Hi there,
I'm using dell inspiron 15 3521 with windows 8 which has amd Radeon HD 7670m card and when I try to open switchable graphics it shows nothing. It was working properly but now when I click on switchable graphic, the window not opening for it. It shows nothing...
Please help...

Have you made sure that you have the latest drivers for both graphics cards installed? If nothing shows in Windows Update for them, try searching for updates outside Windows Update.
