Solved! Can't recover anything and can't use old numbers or phone.

Can't recover any of three email addresses and can't remember passwords. Can't use old phone to recover anything cause screen is black. Had to buy new phone . Have important emails. No solutions here work. It just keeps repeating itself. Can't use veryfication process.

go to the email website for recovery option, if you don't have any, then you don't have them email address anymore.
