Can't reinstall Chrome

I have Windows 7 Ultimate x 64. Chrome totally crashed 2 days ago, and I can't get it back. I uninstalled, then tried to reinstall. It shows an icon but there is nothing there. All the downloads I can find are for Windows 10! Upgrading to that is not an option, this computer doesn't support it

The newest version of chrome while it says supports Windows 10 it also supports Windows 7. I am using it right now, on Windows 7. Just download that.
