Can't Remove Virus. Have Tried Everything!

I have recently discovered a virus on my HP laptop that messes up my Chrome. It's called Tremendous Sale and every single time I click it creates a popup.

I tried to un-install it but couldn't find any suspicious programs.

I tried to delete the extention but it doesnt chow up in chrome. I was so frustrated I went to the Chrome file in "Network > ("myName"PC) > Users > ("myName") > AppData > Local > Google > Crome > User Data > Default > Extentions" and deleted everything there, even the extentions that I use and downloaded from the chrome store.

I have restarted my computer, signed in and out, and have even switched Chrome users. Nothing.

I am losing patience. Please help!

PS: I dont know where I got this virus.

So youve done "everything" but use something like Malwarebytes or another equivalent adware scanner? lol

Download and install MalwareBytes (www.malwarebytes.org). The free version doesn't have real-time monitoring, but uses the same scans. Scan your system with that.
If that doesn't find and remove it, download and run Roguekiller (www.adlice.com/softwares/roguekiller/).

Yes I did try everything. Malwarebytes and McAfee didnt work.
