Can't reset password

I have an Acer E15 laptop. I can't remember my password and can't reset because I never received a reset disc to put it on. I tried putting it on and holding down the Escape button and then I did the same thing by holding down the F1 button. Nothing! I don't know what to do! It's a brand new laptop and this was the 1st time I went on to use it but now I can't! Please help me!!

We can't help with bypassing passwords, it is against the rules of the board. Contact the manufacturer.
