Cant root my Xperia Z Help!

I have been wanting to root my Xperia z for a while now, but cant seem to find any tool that will do it. Any Help would be appreciated ☺

Rooting your phone will void the warranty. If you're willing to proceed, then, I suggest you use 'adb' or go to XDA.

I am aware of voiding the warranty and have had a brief look at 'xda' and can't seem to get it to work.

I have used tools such as doomlord root and kingo root but all fail and come back with messages like adb out of date and device not connected. I have enabled us debugging.

I can't find out what I'm doing wrong or if it's even possible to root my Xperia z. Maybe I don't have the correct drivers or something but what ever it is help would be appreciated.
