Cant Start Ultra iso

Whenever I try to start Ultra iso in Windows 10 everything lags and the operating system stops working plz help

PowerISO is probably the best of that bunch.

Power ISO is my go to software.

ImgBurn is another software I recall that offers basic ISO creation.
