6+ mos. ago, purchased hp 15+" laptop; windows 10 pre-installed; have been able to stream Youtube movies/videos, netflix films, videos attached in emails; suddenly, I cannot stream anything, from any source. also, Adobe was pre-installed; it's still there, & I've 'tried' updating it; do I need Java? Adobe? WHAT?!? At wit's end; get no "support" from hpSupport online. ASSISTANCE PLEASE??!!??

What exactly happens when you try to say load youtube videos or watch netflix? And what browser are you using?
