Solved! Can't take pictures

I have an Alcatel Fierce $ and all of a sudden I am getting: Insert SD card before using the camera, when I try to take a picture. I have re-mounted the micro SD card as well as re-formatted it but still the same issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you format the SdCard inside the Alcatel system or elsewhere?

Try copying and file - preferably a .jpg, and pasting it on to the SdCard. If that still fails, try removing the card and put it in another slot, maybe a laptop, and repeat that copy/pasta to see if the card takes anything you throw at it.

Thank you! I formatted it inside the phone. It is formatted as internal. If I plug it in as if to charge it, the SD card does not show as a drive.
It is a Fierce 4 running Android version 6.0.1

I fixed it Finally rebooted and re-formatted and all that finally worked.

Well done. If it fails at any time, connect the phone to your PC, That works sometimes.
