Can't unlock memory limit RAM

Now, I've changed the msconfig to boot with the maximum memory output and also ticked 2 cores, yet it still shows that I have only 3.45 GB usable. How can I unlock my whole RAM?
 


Did you try GPU settings in the BIOS ?
Se how many RAM you`v have set to the GPU
And also you must have 4 cores and 4 threats ..... you have 2 that`s fishy here .......
Can you try testing install Win 7 ?

I do see the full 8GB besides the 3.45GB usable.

I don't want to downgrade to Win7 since I just got this laptop yet.

I should tick the 4 cores? Nothing would happen?
