can't watch any live sky sports now

I used to be able to watch any live football tennis darts etc on sky sports bt sports etc now nothing works
Sorry I'm so new to this and have a Sony Z 1 and when I first downloaded vc lite all I done was click on the browser then select live then the sports channel I wanted to watch
Now everytime I do this it comes up err unknown and a lot of blue coulred writing at the top

It would help if you could tell us what exactly was wrong, or what error messages you are getting. At this point, the only thing anybody would be able to tell you to do is to contact the website's help staff. Not much we can do about it here.
