Can't watch videos propperly

I have a samsung smart 32'' tv andI have a samsung smart 32'' tv andI have a samsung smart 32'' tv andI have a samsung smart 32'' tv and I recently cannot have a good video performance while watching any chapter of the series in broadcast by pelispedia tv. It's like is constantly loading and flashing and it's not full screen, only a small square in the midle. This started happening about 6-7 days ago. Could you please tell me what's the problem and how to solve it?
