Card Not Initialized

Hello, I got a FinePix s9100. Everything was going normal (I use Compact Flash by the way), then I remove the card from my pc and put back on my camera then this error have started show up. I format the card several times (On my pc and camera). Please help. And my other Compact Flash doesn't work either.

When you remove the card from the PC do you use the "safe remove" method or just take the card out when you are done using it? You can safely remove the card by right clicking on it and then clicking on eject. You should then get a message telling you it is safe to remove the card. One suggestion I read was to clean the electrical contacts of the card with a soft cloth.
