Cd stuck in denon cd player

Denon RCD M39 DAB cd player, worked perfectly for 2 years, cd now in player and cd drawer will not open, makes no noise but still reads cd, grateful for any tips. Thanks.

Unless it has an emergency pin-hole release, you may have to open it up.
