Cell phone restricted calls

Hello,
I need cell phone that will only allow TWO numbers to be caLLED and SHUTS DOWN at 10 PM and comes on at 6AM. Its for my ALZHEIMERS's mother in nursing home

Your best bet there would be to speak with a potential carrier or your current carrier to see if they have anything like that available.
