How do you determine what cell phone towers your phone is using?

You would have to ask your carrier/service provider. Usually, though, the phone is connected to the closest tower. Unless you were in multiple areas over the course of the day. Then you just need to shut it off and then turn it back on. It should seek out the closest tower.
