center and surround speakers do not play music

When using digitial optical, all speakers play fine. But when using BT or aux, only the front L/R speakers and sub work. How do I get it so music is playing through all speakers all of the time?

Most surround receivers remember the surround setting you last used for each input. On stereo sources (like BT or Aux) you can't use the Auto setting to get surround. Select one of the other modes (such as Dolby Prologic Music) for those inputs. How much surround you get and whether you like it will depend on the way the music was recorded. A different surround mode will work better on different recordings. Sometimes you will like stereo sometimes not.
