Question No voices coming from L/R surround speakers

I have been setting up my marantz sr7007 audio receiver and I have background noises (music, footsteps, etc) coming from my Left and Right surround speakers but no voices, they're only coming from my front and center speakers. Can anyone help me out?

Well most speech is mixed to come from the center and L/R speakers so it's not likely an issue.
