CH Level is not available on icontrolav5

I have a SC 1228 K that is missing the remote. I am using icontrolav5 but Ch level button is not visible. My audio volume on ARC is lower than other HDMI inputs and I have to constantely adjust the volume level when I switch between TV and HDMI inputs. I am hoping that I can adjust it with Channel Levels. Thanks

Channel levels will not adjust the levels of different inputs,
It is to balance the individual speaker levels so that they play at the correct volume in relation to each other. You would get better surround sound if you could make this adjustment.

Thank you very much for your response. So is there a way to make the sound coming from TV via ARC HDMI to the same level as the other HDMI inputs?
