Change CPU for Dell Precision M6500

I intend to buy this laptop next month (2nd hand stuff) ~ $500 or less with the following specs:
Screen : 17.3" Full HD
CPU : core I5 560M (turbo 3.2 GHz)
Ram : 4GB
HDD : 320 GB
VGA : FX2800M 1GB

So the question is can i change the CPU with another one but better?

Unlikely, most laptop CPU are glued to the motherboard
