Change Motherboard to support i7 series

Hi Guys! Im new here, I have Compaq CQ58-202SX . I'm wondering if its motherboard is up-gradable? i mean, i wanted a higher cpu like i7 and if possible i dont want to buy new one.

Laptops aren't really made for "upgrades". Especially Compaq/HP.

1. The CPU in there is not upgradable.
2. You can only change motherboards if there was a model in that exact same line with a CPU that you want. And being that old, any CPU change wouldn't really matter. If you could do it. Which you can't.

Thanks man for your help! That's all i need to know if possible because its an old one like you've said.
In that case, I need to buy a new one instead.
