Change the Default Target Audience for Business or Brand Facebook Page

On Facebook, when you create a business or brand page, the creation process allows you to specify the target audience to whom you want the page to become visible. You might want to configure the target audience settings in order to make sure that your business or brand reaches the correct people. This further helps you advertise your brand more effectively and generate more business.

You might want to change the default target audience on your Facebook business or brand page when you have decided to broaden (or narrow) the visibility criteria of your products/services, or if you have changed the line of your business altogether. (For example changing from manufacturing/selling photocopy machines to printers.)

In either case, changing the default target audience for your Facebook business or brand page is easy, and it's just a matter of clicks..

Here is how:

    ■Log on your Computer system.
■Open your favorite web browser. (Google Chrome in this demonstration.)
■Type Facebook.com in the address bar and press Enter.
■On the login window, provide your credentials in the given fields and click the Log In button.

■From the right pane, click the Edit link representing the Country Restrictions option.
■From the expanded options, make sure that the Hide this Page from viewers in these countries radio button is selected, and the available field is empty.

Note: If you want, you can type the country names in the field to restrict the visibility of your Page form those countries. Alternatively you can also click to select the Only show this Page to the viewers in these countries radio button, and type the country name(s) to make the Page available and visible only to the people in the specified countries.
Once done, click Save Change to save the settings.
