Changing parts in my laptop

I have sony vaio SVE1511W1E and I would like to change my graphic card to get more fps in games. Is this even possible? Im totally green in this stuff. or what I can do else to increase my fps ;/ I have big drops in League of Legends i cant even play in CS:GO.

HDD, yes.
GPU, almost certainly not.

Not much you can do with it. It was a slow system when it was new.
