Channel Identification?

There is a channel in NPS's Ku-Band suite of channels that only has the
banner ID of "ALTV".
Does anyone know what this channel is? (I.e., the full name of the
acronym)?
As I write this,they are showing old FBI (really old) reruns from the
70's.It is located on X4/603.
