Solved! Charger blinks when connected to Laptop

Plugging in my charger the light is solid but charger blinks when it is connected to laptop but nothing happen on the laptop. Charger does not blink when not connected to the laptop.
Laptop charging led indicator is not showing charging status.

What is the problem? It's for the charger itself or the laptop? please help!

Only way to find out if it's the charger is to try another charger and see if it works with the system. Maybe the charger, or battery, or laptop power jack.
