Charger Cable color

Hello, I am trying to repair broken charging adapter for laptop, I found 3 different colors on both charger, which one is +ve, -ve and ground?
Old charger has Blue, Black, White but new charger has Green, Gray, White.
Which one to connect to which?

White is going to be positive gray is going to be negative and green is going to be ground.

I I'm going by the assumption that white is going to be positive, and green is going to be ground. That leaves grey for being black which is the negative terminal.

Can some one be please specific, in one charger the 3 colors are White, Blue, Black, now in the New charger, White, Grey, Green, so which one to connect to which one?
