charging acer v5-573P

My Acer V5-573P will not charge, the orange light is burning but it will not charge. If i point at the battery icoon it says 73% availabel to power net but not charge. With out the charger plugt in it will not start at all. it happends from 1 day to another. My laptop is 15 months old??? It looks like it happend after a w10 update.

No thats a dead battery. You need to order a new one
