Charter Unleashes 60 Mbps Broadband

While comparing one country's internet services to another is fun, it doesn't matter. You should judge Charter's service and price based on the market it is in - the US market. I can say that in 2011 now I pay $109 (total) for Ultra60 *and* I find it highly reliable as far as speeds go. The only time speeds dip a *little* is in peak hours. I definitely feel like I'm getting all the bank for the buck I could have hoped for, especially considering I live in rural TN!
