Cheap epad

hi all. I am looking for a cheap epad to use for browsing the net, watch movies, music,.... and I am totally new to the whole epad thing.
I am browsing ebay for those cheap ipad clones (e.g.: http/www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8-Inch-Tablet-PC-Android-2-3-A820-S5PV210-4GB-E-pad-faster-than-Flytouch-3-/290675622272?pt=UK_iPad_Tablets_eReaders&hash=item43ad9e0180).

I need advice on what to look for/avoid and any recommendation would be appreciated.
