Cheap Laptop or Windows Tablet?

Hello people,

I have kind of wierd question, whats is better - buying a cheap laptop like Lenovo B50-30 or buying a bit more expensive Windows tablet like Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 (windows).

The main tasks will be like surfing internet, codding with Code:Blocks watching videos, well to tell it in short, using it on the go, like at school, garden. And i need that battery life was good.

So what is better, Cheap Laptop or Windows tablet? or just take a bit expensier laptop?

I would prefer always a laptop.

Personally I would prefer a laptop over a tablet as they tend to have better keyboards than tablets. Plus the cooling is also generally better as a tablet doesn't have air vents or a fan.
