Cheap, small laptop for $300-400

Hey,

I am in search of a laptop that is a small form factor aka 11-13" and is under $400. I will be using it for web browsing, word documents, music, 1080p video watching, netflix, etc. Nothing too intensive.

I would like a USB 3.0 port and an HDMI out port if possible.

Brand preference: I am not a big fan of Dell, HP, Toshiba
I have always wanted a lenovo however I am not sure if it is possible with my budget.
