Cheapest laptop / chrome book for internet browsing.

Hey,

I am looking for a very lightweight laptop or chrome book with a decent screen size that will only be used to browse the internet, like YouTube, Facebook, Ebay, Tumblr etc.

Sadly i don't know anything about laptops or chrome books so it seemed best to ask it here.
I don't have a budget but since it will only be used for Youtube, Facebook and stuff i want it as low priced as possible.

I am aware that i could just buy a cheap tablet but i hate to type on those things 😛

My "daily beater" is an Acer C720 Chromebook. Its excellent, I've had it for 2 years and it does a lot of what I need to do. Honestly I only use my desktop if I need to edit video, or game, otherwise this is more than good enough, and at $199 I don't care if it craps out, just buy another, log in and go.
