Implementation is far more important than theory. They have dictators because shit just doesn't get done if no one is in charge, you'd end up with anarchy if you tried to have communism without a dictator.

China communistic? What a laugh. China is not even Socialist. The U.S. is far more socialistic than China, and getting more so. China is the same as always, a fuedal society, it is just that the power is in the hands of a few people who for no other reason than floating under a banner that would gain cannon fodder support, choses to continue to call themselves that. The Chinese Communist party is a closed party by invitation only. Few Chinese people are members and become fewer in number each year as the revolutionist army veterans die off. Only the elite educated are allowed in. One must first apply, then a committee votes on their admittance. Out of hundreds of applicants, maybe one or two will actually get in. It is a "good ole boy" private club and it is where all the power in China lies. Under no definition does this even relate to communism. As far as the people go, no free schools, no free medical, no free food, no free rent. Poor people are expected to work..wait, maybe that isn't a bad idea..

you guys outside of urumgi do not know the real extent of this riot my wife lives with me now in the uk but her family still live in urumgi since the riot the internet in urumgi is still cut off the figures you all hear of the dead is nearly 1800 and not what you all hear of around 300 the goverment give you this figure because it shows thay have it under control if thay were to show the truth then it would show thay could not control it and other countries would start to send troops in to help with the situation this is not what the chinese goverment want we are still able to speak to my wifes family as some times thay go to beijing were the internet is still ok there is good and bab from both sides but the worst is that we were shown a picture of a pregnant chinese woman that was killed by the muslims and her unborn child was cut out of her dead body ?? ask your self what had this girl and her child ever done to the muslim (othing ) her husband then went out and killed a muslim the police arrested him and he was then sentenced to death shot for his actions when i was in china the muslims were holding pictures up of a road traffic accident which happend in may which killed the people on the motorbike but the muslims were stating the police shot them this is totally untrue as i saw this accident it was a taxi hit a motorbike the more i hear the more i hate the muslims thay should be greatfull to the chinese over the last 100 years thay have given them jobs and modernised them but as with alot of muslims thay want more and more so thay steel and terrorise the chinese even before the riot the chinese are afraid to go by taxi after 11pm in kashi as the taxi driver robs them or takes them to the mountins and kills them it is months before the body is found and all evedence is lost by that time i do hope the muslims start riots hear in england i will be the first out there to sort them out when i see muslims now it makes me hate them
