Choosing the right amp?

I have a 2017 Tacoma and I have two subwoofers (kicker compR 10 43CWR104) And i need help choosing the right amplifier. The box is sealed. My last amp (Kicker ZX750.1 ) burned with these two subs .

If you wired one voice coil of each woofer in parallel with one voice coil on the other you would get a two ohm load which that amp is fine with. The 750 watts is also pretty close to the 800 watt total that those subs are rated.
If you wired them below 2 ohms the amp would not be happy. There is no advantage in using both voice coils in this situation.
