chrome downloading at 400kbps on good internet

my chrome is downloading a file that is 2gb at literally 300-400kbps now my internet is 200mbps i have no idea why its so bad right now

it was armaholic it was a mod for the game

You can only download at the speed of the slowest connection between you and the server.

It's probably also worth mentioning that many hosts will deliberately limit their upstream speeds to allow more concurrent connections. They have limited bandwidth and don't want a handful of people consuming it all.
