Chrome Web Apps on Android Tablet

Just wanted to ask if it is possible to run Chrome Web Apps (specifically Angry Birds/Bejeweled) on tablet. I signed in to my Google Account on desktop and installed those apps mentioned above. So if I login to Chrome on an Android Tablet, will it be possible to play those games? Thanks 😀

I think you can, although I'm not sure if every app will support it.
