Cleaner software Issue

Have "RegWork" on a windows 7 home premium machine. Does not exist in control panel/ programs, cannot be summoned with regwork in the start window. I do not agree. Safe registry cleaners not only solidly find registry errors but also fix them quickly. For example Registry Recycler. Try it and you will see a significant change in speed of your PC.
