Clock widget not working

I am using moto z play and I have updated it to 7.1.1. But after updation clock widget is not working. It was working in 7.0. Can you please help me regarding this issue?

Have you tried removing the widget, rebooting the device, checking for updates to the app that the widget is for and installing if necessary. If not trying to reuse the widget after the reboot? Sometimes a restart of the device does wonders, especially after updates.
