College Freshmen into Computer Science

I'm entering into college with the intended major of computer science. I was wondering if I could [have] laptop recommendations under $1,000. The laptop definitely would have to be an i7 with a dedicated graphics card, with at least 16GB of ram, and an SSD for storage. If there are any modifications to my recommendations that would be appreciated.
