Solved! Comcast HDMI Splitter

I will be going to Comcast/Xfinity soon and want to know if I can attach a HDMI switch to the output of the cable box to 2 different TVs (only 1 on at a time since in different rooms). So what I would need is a 1 line in and 2 line out adapter, switchable if possible. Any recommendations?

I suggest it will be easier to use a 1x2 HDMI distribution amp rather than a switch. The switch will always be in the wrong position and it will get to be a pain going back to change it.
