Common interface slot??

hi there,

at the moment iam watching football online but i have noticed on my tv there is sky sports 1 + 2 + espn
on my built in free-view.
is there such thing as a common interface witch will give me them for free or will it cost me.

the free-view box is a built in one thats in my panasonic p42u30b. the free view does not have a name as it is built into my tv, tv has a common interface slot on the side,
