Um, Apple made a fake company for the sole purpose of fraudulently obtaining a trademark? Yeah, that will settle, but for a lot more than pocket change. Walmart used to do the same thing, they would buy land in small towns with a fake corporate name - then they got sued. Corporations are just like individuals, you cant pretend to be someone else to swindle something of value.

but proview have the patents still, and they had a proof of concept 10 years ago so they were not patent trolling they have a good case, If I was them I'd sue for a termination of sale just to be an A$$hole to apple lol

[citation][nom]cookoy[/nom]how can you sell a "global trademark" that does not include China? last i've seen in Google Earth, China is in it[/citation]
No, not really. China is behind an "iron curtain", it's called communism. Good luck trying to get them to enforce any trademark/copyright/patent infringement suits - they simply don't enforce those laws there. Why do you think all the fake Gucci/Prada/Rolex come from China? And pirated software and movies come from China? Because the Chinese government doesn't care about that stuff, and they allow it to happen.
