Compaq CQ58 Motherboard change

I have laptop Compaq CQ58 with C-60 APU and it doesn't meet my requirements anymore (with programming IDE and few other apps launched all the resources are gone). I am using Lubuntu newest version with LXDE, but still.
As I browsed socket of my MB I found that no powerful CPU can be put on that FT1 socket.
I am considering changing motherboard of my computer and CPU together with it. How can I tell which motherboards can fit in my machine? I would love some i5 or something equally powerful from AMD.

The only motherboards that will fit in your system for sure are those from the same model laptops. Laptop motherboards are in no way standardized and can change even in the same model range.
