Compaq Presario CQ56 Won't Boot

I have a Compaq Presario CQ56 that a customer brought in, first there was no sign of power to the screen, I did some troubleshooting and decided to reflow it. Now, the screen comes on, but shows nothing but a black screen, no caps lock blinking, and wireless card light is solid orange. I've tried flashing the BIOS using a USB drive to no avail.
I've already reseated memory and tried RAM sticks that I know are working.
I've reseated the CPU, Reset CMOS, reflowed, tried external monitor, etcetc.

Does any one have ANY idea what is going on? I'm really stumped on this one.

Although I fully agree with you, I don't think the customer would be too happy.
