I think the least you could do was to specify for what purposes do you want to use your laptop.
Anyway, the Asus is far more superior in terms of processing power and probably build quality. The Toshiba is powerful enough for everyday usage like internet, email, watching movies, some office, etc since according to google it uses an E-300 AMD CPU which isn't even close to an i3.
Plus the Asus has a USB 3.0 port which makes it more future proof and lets you transfer data much faster.
