Hey all!

I have a pair of Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 for my desktop right now, and in an effort to both declutter the wires and upgrade the sound quality, the Audioengine A5+ Wireless speakers have caught my eye. Does anyone know how these two compare in quality? I know the price range is quite different, but that's not really a concern. I also know the A5+ doesn't have a subwoofer, but I'm wondering how these two might square up considering the Klipsch are a much older build and a much lower price point.

If anyone has any insight, I appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Overall I would rank the A5+ as a much better speaker in almost every area.
Bass is the only area that you need to consider. I don't think there will be much difference in depth of bass but not having a sub you can't adjust separately might be a let down if you like a lot of bass. You could carefully use EQ software to adjust the bass of the A5+ (that would limit the max volume) or get a sub later (which would extend the max volume).
